Prayer of Mending not showing stacks

Expected Behavior: Prayer of Mending's stacks will display in icon mode on heal bars.
Actual Behavior: The HOT Prayer of Mending will not show how many stacks are in effect. It shows its expiry timer flawlessly. I have also tested out other stackable buffs with the same settings and they display their stacks without trouble.
Under Panels > HoT Icons, Icons has been selected, and Text has been selected for stacks. No text appears for Prayer of Mending in terms of stacks, but other buffs such as Opportunity or Bone Shield perfectly register stacks.
