Prayer of Mending Hot Color is Always White

Changing the hot color in Colors tab doesn't force a change in the hot color of Prayer of Mending as it appears on my raid frames. Changing the hot color this way works for all other hots. Changing the hot position for Prayer of Mending will not change its hot color to the color assigned to that position. Writing in "Prayer of Mending" rather than using the existing menu selection to specify the spell does not allow me to change the hot color. Turning off all other addons will not change the hot color. To my knowledge, I have the latest version of Vuhdo. The only thing odd about my character is that it is a level 60, not a level 70. Just started to set up her UI. Suggestions for things to try? In the example below, I've set Prayer of Mending's color to blue, but it still appears white.
