Add "Tidal Reservoir" as a HoT buff
I'm playing a resto shaman and with the current tier set bonus (Tidal Reservoir or this one, not sure which spell ID is correct) it would be quite useful to see who has this effect on them.
However, in the HoT icons / HoT bars config I apparently cannot select any custom spells but only a few predefined ones. It would be nice if the Tidal Reservoir buff could be selected there.
