[SoD] Can't set Lifebloom and Wild Growth as HoT icons
Desired: I want to see which characters are affected by Lifebloom and Wild Growth using HoT Icons
Actual: Lifebloom and Wild Growth are not selectable from the dropdown under Panels > HoT Icons > HoT Order despite having runes active.
