Decurse / Abolish Poison-like abilities not working

Summary of the issue:
When I am attempting to use a hotkey within VuhDo to decurse / abolish poison, the spell is cast on me instead of my intended target under my mouse.
Expected behaviour:
Casting the spell at the mouseover target should cast the spell on that target. It works for all my other spells, just not ones that would remove curses / poison
Actual behaviour:
Bind Abolish Poison to a vuhdo hotkey, and cast it on someone. The spell will be cast on the player.
