Prayer of mending only selfcast

All spells work at the right way in party or raid, exept Prayer of Mending is always selfcast I tried the spell on several castbars, but who i target its always a selfcast. All addons shutdown, reinstalled Vuhdo and deleted WTF i just can,t give another player Prayer of Mending. Except when i target player myself it works.
Somehow targeting for that spell isn,t working, all other spells are working great.
