Lifebloom and Ironbark won't apply to any target but self

I am a returning player on a druid healer. I re-established my Vuhdo setup, mostly the same as I had it before, with a few tweaks for the Dragonflight expansion changes. The problem I'm having is getting Lifebloom and Ironbark to apply to other players. No matter what player I click on in Vuhdo, these two spells always get applied onto me instead. The icons show on me in Vuhdo as well. I know they're supposed to be able to be applied to anyone. Any idea why they aren't being applied to anyone but myself? All other spells are working fine when I apply them to other players. Just Lifebloom and Ironbark aren't working properly. I've got it fully updated through CurseForge, which I check routinely.
