Swiftmend bug
Confirm the issue lies within VuhDo:
Please first disable all add-ons other than VuhDo and VuhDo Options and see if your issue persists.

Summary of the issue:
When you cast swiftmend on a target, it casts on self, tried to create a macro, still only casts on self.
Expected behaviour:
Swiftmend should cast on appropriate target that you are moused over in vuhdo.
Actual behaviour:
casts on self
Related error messages:
No error message, just doesn't cast on appropriate target.
Next, disable all add-ons except for Bugsack, Bug Grabber, VuhDo and VuhDo Options. Capture any VuhDo related error messages and paste them here verbatim.
