Second HoT Dream Breath with Echo not showing up for Evoker Preservation.
Summary of the issue:
For the Evoker Preservation, Echoed Dream Breath doesn't show up on the frame, even with the spell ID.
Expected behaviour:
The HoT should be trackable, like it is for echoed Reversion.
Actual behaviour:
The HoT is not showing at all.
Try to track the Dream Breath HoT with Echo, just one Hot appears even when the target has 2.
