New empowered spells do not work

Confirm the issue lies within VuhDo:

Confirmed.

Describe your environment:

Version 3.144 Americas enUS Retail

Summary of the issue:

The new empowered spells available to the new Evoker class do not work with VuhDo mouseover keybinds. Instead of casting you get an error in red text at the top of your screen saying "spell not learned".

Expected behaviour:

Setting up a VuhDo keybind for an empowered ability and using it should begin casting that ability.

Actual behaviour:

Using a VuhDo keybind for an empowered ability does nothing and creates a WoW standard casting error text at the top of the screen that reads "Spell not learned".

I imagine this is because empowered spells are special. There are two input options for these spells: hold and release where you must hold the key down and release to cast, and press and tap where you essentially press the ability again to finish the cast. Changing this option in the settings does not change the behavior in VuhDo. I tested with Spiritbloom (the most important as it is a targeted heal) and Dream Breath (an aoe that is aimed) and both functioned the same. I imagine the offensive spells Fire Breath and Eternity Surge would also not work if you wanted to bind those to VuhDo.

I am aware that this new spell type must be an utter nightmare to code for and the issue is likely already known, but I wanted to make a report just in case. Spiritbloom is pretty essential for healing as Evoker and it functioning with VuhDo would be great!

All you need to do to reproduce is bind an empowered spell in VuhDo (the most obvious being Spiritbloom) and try to cast it with the addon.
