Summary of the issue:
Ever since the Dragonflight Pre-patch launch I've been unable to cast power word: shield and holy word: serenity on another person even if the spell is mapped in vuhdo. Prior to pre-patch is has worked. Also Holy Word: Sanctify has to be placed through the UI prior to pre-patch you were able to click the buttons that activate the spell in Vuhdo and click a character on the list of people in your party on the vudo add on and it would throw down sanctify down on that person and area.
Expected behaviour:
Ever since pre-patch these spells have no been behaving correctly
when you cast power word shield through the addon interface it would cast it on whom you target right now its self casting the same goes with Holy Word: Serenity
Tell me what is happening instead, contrary to the expectations you documented above.
Spells are self casting. HW Serenity, Power Word: shield, HW Sanctify
