Some targeted heals/dispels for Holy Priest are self healing rather than on the intended target

Summary of the issue:
_Certain heals do not heal the person intended when mousing over the unit frame and pressing the hot key. Instead, it seems to self-cast. Spells affected for holy priest seem to be: heal, flash heal, power word: life, and purify. _

See above. Holy Word: Serenity does not seem to have this issue.
Expected behaviour:
When I put the mouse over the intended player unit frame, and press the key binding combination, it should cast the spell on the player.
Actual behaviour:
It heals me or casts the spell on me rather than the intended target that I am mousing over. Note: I have auto self cast disabled in WoW Options.
