Vuhdo false d/c on raid frame

vuhdo 3.136 TBC Classic

Summary of the issue: During a raid at the start of combat, one of the raid frames in my party shows a disconnect, then stabilizes and duplicates my frame instead of the party member. The party member never disconnected. I am forced to use blizzard ui just to see their frame. it is the same frame every time. The player itself was not disconnected.

Expected behaviour: All raid frames functioning properly

Actual behaviour:

  1. in a raid of 25, in group 5
  2. start combat on Muru.
  3. The frame next to mine immediately upon getting into combat shows a disconnected tag
  4. The frame seems to stabilize after a couple seconds, only to show a duplicated frame. This has been consistent of 5 boss attempts, then would intermittently function properly for an attempt
