Incorrect Healcomm values in Classic

Summary of the issue:
Incorrect Healcomm values. Overhealing and/or Inc. Heals numbers on panels.
My Max Rank Healing Touch is telling me it's going to heal for 2.6k (not 3k as expected). My Max Rank Rejuvenation is telling me it's going to heal for 3.9k (not 1.7k as expected). My Max Rank Regrowth seems to be correct except for the HoT part which shows way too much as well.
Per Tick is also wrong. Other HoTs seem to have the same issue but it's harder for me to test.
