Bursting issue - once out of combat, both clicks try to dispell; prevents me from healing.
I've had this issue on every bursting week and I simply can't understand how to fix it.
While in combat, I am free to use my normally set vuhdoo keybinds (Left click being Rejuvenation, for example). I'm also able to use my dispell keybind (mouse button). As soon as we leave combat however, for the WHOLE duration of the Bursting, my healing keybinds fly out of the window and every single click tries to Dispell the target. I literally cannot select the bar, thus preventing me from putting on my hots or even targeting the player to do it manually. I will dispell a DPS, then I'll want to switch to the tank's bar - nu-uh. It keeps trying to dispell, just says it's on cooldown and not available. It REALLY messes up my healing and I cannot find a solution.
