Classic Heal Prediction delayed

Describe your environment: All addons other than Vuhdo, and Vuhdo options are disabled.

  • VuhDo version (e.g. v3.102, Classic or Retail) 3.126-tbcc

  • World of Warcraft region (ie. Americas/Oceanic, EU, CN or KR) Americas/Oceanic

  • World of Warcraft client language (eg. enUS) enUS

Summary of the issue: Heal Prediction visual is delayed following 8/31 patch.

Expected behaviour: Heal shows predicted increase in HP at the start of incoming cast.

Actual behaviour: Incoming heal prediction visual is delayed for over a second after starting the cast. If the cast is cancelled early, the incoming heal visual stays past the duration of the cast. Example) https://gfycat.com/cornymeekcapeghostfrog
