Summary of the issue:
We have noticed that predictive healing is not functioning with new healing spells gained after level 60.
Expected behaviour:
Healing prediction should be showing what someone else's heal is going to be applying.
Actual behaviour: Nothing is happening, the healing prediction works on lower ranked spells that were available during Classic
