Disappearing Health Bar

After finishing a Dungeon/LFR/Expedition the Health/Healbar disappers to ~90% of the time and only the background is left! The bar is not interactable anymore (using the heals/spells on it).
/reload the UI or going into the /vuhdo opt fix it
The wierd thing is that it sometimes not happens and i cant see why!
I would love to test it out without any other addons and try different stuff but because it happens after leaving a dungeon/lfr/expedition and queing takes time and leaving after testing cause a restriction and would be rude to other players i didnt to it yet(maybe there is a better way to test it let me know)

As you can see in the Image the Main Group blacked out but my second Group on the left works fine(it is set to show me my target)
I could see that the problem comes maybe from updating from a really old Version to the current one(played at the start of BFA and was coming back some days ago) (maybe there where some steps inbetween that messed something up but thats just a wild guess xD)
There is another issue where it is mentioned in the comments but the main issue described there could be another thing so i startet a new one Issue#14
