Horizontal panels do not appear after reload

Please first disable all add-ons other than VuhDo and VuhDo Options and see if your issue persists.
Describe your environment:
- VuhDo version (e.g. v3.102, Classic or Retail): 3.120
- World of Warcraft region (ie. Americas/Oceanic, EU, CN or KR): EU
- World of Warcraft client language (eg. enUS): ruRU
Summary of the issue: Horizontal panel does not load after '/rl' or '/reload'. Also, vuhdo interface does not close on any button (save or cancel)
Expected behaviour: expected behaviour like with non-horizontal panels (loads after reload commands)
Actual behaviour:
Panel does not pop up on ui (no frames shows), i have to load profile manually. Also, others panels (non-horizontal) shows. After another reload vuhdo profile sets to default.
How to reproduce:
- create panel
- make it horizontal
- type in chat '/rl' or '/reload'
- there is no panels you created appear
- open vuhdo interface
- try to close it
- type in chat '/rl' or '/reload'
