Feature Request: Option to center panels when other panels are empty

Many of us place our party and raid frames in the center - bottom of our screen. This leads to us having to make different raid/party size configurations to get the frames somewhat centered in that space depending on group size. This is only necessary, however, because the groups always align left within the frame. If we had the option to have the populated groups to center within the frame, then some of us could use one setting for all group sizes. People who want larger bars in smaller groups would still use group size specific settings, but we wouldn't all have to.
