All of my issues here pertain to creating a new frame (or altering an existing frame) and selecting "Special -> Target"
Expected Behavior is that the frame containing "Target" should operate like frames containing other items.
Tell me what you feel should be happening.
Actual Behavior: 1 - Buff indicator settings (Personally I have missing buffs indicated by changing the Text of the bar from white to red) do not change the frame containing target according to the settings chosen in the "Buffs" tab. For example, I can target myself which will show me in my normal group frame and also in the target frame. When I am missing the buff I have configured the group frame will change my name to red, but the target frame will remain white. It also appears the "Buff" tab is global and the settings can not be changed per frame; like many other settings.
Actual Behavior: 2 - The Range scanning appears to be broken depending on what is being targeted. When the radio button for range scanning in the General Tab -> Scanning is set to spell (I have heal selected which is a 40 yard range) the out of range fading will be correct for some npc's and all friendly players, but will be broken for enemies and world enemy targets. The fade out range for these targets is closer to 5 yards and makes it very hard to see the health of a target when you are attacking. Additionally when selecting the radio button for a flat 40 yards, the out of range fade out is completely broken for all targets (same within at least 5 yards it seems). Additional note - When selecting spell for range finding and choosing a damage spell (I chose Mind Blast) the out of range fade out is correct for damageable units, but still broken for friendly units. The "Colors" tab down below appears to be a global setting instead of per panel, I was unable to alter the out of range fade out for the target tab specifically.
Actual Behavior: 3 - Some options in the "Panel" tab are universal when I would expect them to per frame. This may be by design, but I will mention the behavior here. When editing a specific panel and selecting the Panel tab and navigating to the Bars section, the working panel indicator on the top of the settings shows the correct panel, but choosing the bar type (solid, class or gradient) changes all panels.
Here are a couple pictures of 1 and 2 to help see what is happening.
