[Bugg] Not being able to set different configurations to different panels

I have been trying to improve my UI for SL and a soon as the 9.0.1 vuhdo version was released I started tweaking some option. When I tried to change my new panel to show the tanks power bar my main panel started to track the power bar as well. Further down the line, I realized that most of the options were being changed on both panels (mana bar, hots icon, hots order, text, hot bars) I might be wrong but wasn't it supposed to have different configs?
