Mana bar for DPS spec

Hello Vuhdo experts,

I can't get the mana bar to display when I'm in shadow spec; it seems to work fine in holy and discipline. I can't get any of the pre-loaded bouquets to work, and I've had no luck making a bouquet. In trying to research the issue, I've seen that other players have had the opposite problem, i.e. that mana bars for caster DPS are appearing when the player doesn't want them to. Even with a stock profile, I cannot replicate the display setting that shows the mana bar for caster DPS. I would like for it to be displayed so I can tell quickly whether I can cast Shadow Mend or Mass Dispel; the Blizzard character icon in the top left has a mana bar, but it's infuriatingly obscured by the 'smoke' emanating from the insanity bar. At your convenience, could you share any insight you have as to what I'm doing wrong? Thank you.
