Bouquets showing/hiding on a delay compared to regular Auras

Summary: When configured in an aura group, there is a noticeable delay between a buff being applied and the bouquet showing up on the frame. This goes for both the bar and the icon style.
Setup:
-> The left slot with no stack counter in the video will be the bouquet. I'm casting Lifebloom, then removing the buff manually through right clicking it in my buff list.
Someone reported this delay being 1-5 seconds for them in the "Own Lifebloom Only"
