Bar height on a vertical frame not respecting 100% setting

(Every time I try to do that aura bar guide, I find something to nitpick. I am sorry.)

Version: VuhDo 3.199

Vertical aura bars with their height set to 100% don't seem to actually be taking 100% of the actual height of the frame. See video, where I'm trying to demonstrate it. Also, when using turn axis, the icon doesn't appear at the top border of the frame, but slightly more to the middle. This doesn't happen for horizontal bars.
