Recently i picked up some old school WOTLK (3.3.5)

on a server and got back in the HC raiding, now since a couple of days i've been having a weird problem with the addon that i can't seem to fix or find

The issue is that after a certain while, relog, reload or entering an instance or raid the addon will stop working partially.

the only thing it does is when i right click on a player frame i get to see logo's indicating the class of the player, the race and the faction (see pictures attached) It only does that when i right click, further when i left click, middle mouse click or use a combo of CTRL or SHIFT or both at same time it does nothing.

Expected behaviour:

Cast the spell that is binded to the click.

Actual behaviour:

The issue as described above is that the right click only shows icons and the rest of the clicks don't do anything.

Related error messages: There's no error message popping up. sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.. works mostly on my druid and on my paladin mostly not.. it's really difficult to explain it by typing.
