Global cooldown missing [cata]
General --> Misc --> Global Cooldown
Global cooldown option doesn't work after being enabled.
Expected behavior: This option should display an indicator on all bars representing the Global Cooldown (GCD).

The issue was tested under the following conditions:
- on 3.179-catac and 3.175-catac
- with all addons disabled
- after factory reset with basic profile
The issue persists across all tested configurations.
Buggrabber doesnt show any errors.
