Mage 'Remove Curse' is no longer a valid dispel. Updated all class dispel abilities. Updated all default spell bindings for healer dispel.

Fixed a stupid bug I introduced myself when adding default custom debuffs by spell ID rather than spell name.

Fixed muting of SFX and Error Speech when auto-firing spells/trinkets.  Added remaining spell IDs for debuff absorb Touch of Harm and Befouled.

Added new special panel type for boss encounter unit frames.  Listen to UNIT_HEALTH_FREQUENT for more responsive health updates.

Added new option checkbox 'Clique Pass-Thru' that allows the VuhDo menu key to still be bound even when using Clique compatibility mode

Added Hunter Lone Wolf to Buff Watch. Added all Mar'gok's Arcane Wrath/Mark of Chaos variations to custom debuffs.

Fix GCD bar display for Disc and Shadow priests.  Add all variations of Mar'gok's Arcane Wrath to default custom debuff list.

Adding default profile and key layout to load for characters whose VuhDo settings are not found - closes CurseForge ticket 353
