Do not use the multiline flag for multi line edit box frames.  Causes huge client lag for large strings.

Making custom flag validators update cyclically like HoT validators do.  This is inefficient to do by default but necessary until I put a proper config GUI in place for interests/events per custom flag.

Fixed debuff icon texture updating.  Added more default custom debuff ignores.  Fixed adding some raid encounter custom debuff defaults by spell ID rather than name.

Fixed incorrect spell ID for Shaman spell Riptide. Fixed Riptide to only cache by spell ID rather than spell name.  This fixes the T18 4pc bonus.

Added new special panel type for boss encounter unit frames.  Listen to UNIT_HEALTH_FREQUENT for more responsive health updates.
