The issue occurs even with vuhdo being the only addon enabled.
**Describe your environment:**
v3.145 Retail
EU
enUS
**Summary of the issue:**
I configured under Debuffs tab the most basic way of showing debuffs and trigger a sound via "Debufff Sound" menu; the first time I get a debuff the alarm will trigger. Repeating getting the debuff again the 2nd time no sound alarm is played. Doing /reload and getting the debuff again will trigger the alarm but only for the 1st occurrence.
**Expected behavior:**
Each time a friendly target in my group gets a debuff that falls under my defined criteria(removable only for example), if Debuff Sound is configured the sound alarm should be played. Or at least it should function as the [Decursive](https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/decursive) addon - video with decursive configuration comparison [here](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1SinA5cy3ZYhB3Egl94zAh7zxK7t733ya/view?usp=sharing)
**Actual behaviour:**
The sound is played only once and if the debuff wasn't dispelled the 2nd time it appears it won't trigger an alarm.

When I change gear in the equipment manager (C->Equipment Manager), (I have a PVE and one PVP gear set), my Vuhdo Spells bound to my mouse under (Spells->mouse) no longer work. Being in that same spec but with my PVE gear set on will trigger the spells to work still.

version 3.145-b1 EU; deDE
Yesterday, I created Bouquets that I also used some hours in dungeon.
Today I logged on again and they are gone. Name exists in HOT-Icon assignment but differs "BOUQUET_xyz" instead of "xyz". I get following output as well:
![image](/uploads/867fd3cd58100cbb941ee2de2c4bf4b6/image.png)
I use this profile also on different chars but when I remember right there was no switch yesterday.
I have several issues with vuhdo and asking, whether that is installation related or vuhdo version related.
Is there anybody else having problem atm?

I guess something with the manabar and and only catform specific thing because switching bearform into no form and vise versa it doesnt happen.
here a little gif to see it in action https://imgur.com/a/JHv0A9T
And here the vuhdo Profile if you need for testing https://wago.io/xOq9jjgfr
tested on Retail VuhDo-v3.143.zip release 10.0.0 and Retail VuhDo-v3.144-beta-2.zip Beta 10.0.0
after updating from release to beta and just /reload it was working for a short time. And i was like nvm it is fixed and didnt payed attention to it anymore but realized now it is still doing it (kinda wierd why it worked for that brief moment)
i also noticed that sometime you see it with bear form too for split second but the frame gets kinda refreshed after it and fixed itselfThe healthbar(or background?) is not updating correct from switching no form into catform and from bearform into catform into no form

I would like the ability to do the same for the 'Flags' text. I like having my player names at the top of the bar frame, this causes any Flags text to spillover to the frame above itLike the ability to anchor hitpoint text at four points within the frame
